As a countermeasure against the spread of the new coronavirus, Futaba Hotel is taking the following measures and making the following requests to our guests.
Request to our guests
- Please wear a mask, take your temperature and disinfect your hands when you enter the hotel.

- We ask for your cooperation in filling out a questionnaire to check your temperature and health status upon check-in.
- We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a social distance (at least 1 meter) from other guests.
What we do
- Regular ventilation of rooms and reception area.
- Regular disinfection of elevator buttons, door handles, and other areas that are often touched directly by guests.
- Ensure that staff members wear masks.
- Disinfection of tables and chairs after each use by guests.
- Disinfecting the card key for each guest.
- Conducting questionnaires to check temperature and health status upon check-in.
- Disinfection and thorough ventilation after check-out.
