Reservation Requirements

Due to the amendment of the Inn Industry Law in December 2023, it is now mandatory for all guests to complete a “Guest Register.”
(Related to Article 6 of the Inn Industry Law)
This measure is aimed at disease prevention, allowing us to contact guests if necessary in case they are infected with specific contagious diseases or have been in contact with individuals related to such cases. Guests are required to provide the following information at the time of reservation or upon check-in at the hotel front desk.

check-in / check-out

🔵When is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. JST, and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m JST.
Early check-in and late-check-out are not allowed.

【Check-in】
Please prepare your passport or residence card for everyone in advance, as you will need to present it upon your arrival.
Please kindly refer to our house rules and check-in procedure bofore your check-in.

We will provide two card keys for your room.
The card keys are basically two, but additional card keys can be added upon request.
Please note that if you lose the key, you will be charged an additional 3,000 yen.

【Check-out】
If you have moved chairs, tables, beds, or other furniture, please return them to their original positions upon check-out. We appreciate your cooperation.

Preparation for Check-in
Futaba Hotel will send you an e-mail for guest entry when you make a reservation.
Please fill out the required information and return it to us.
If you are not comfortable with sending the guest list (personal information) online, we ask that you fill it out on the day of check-in.
In this case, please understand that it may take some time for check-in.

If you wish to submit your application on paper on the day of your appointment, please download the form below, fill it out, and bring it to the reception desk upon your arrival.

About reservations

🔵Can I change my reservation details?
We will do our best to accommodate you.

Please send a message to the hotel with your name, check-in date, and the details of the change.

🔵How much is the cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee is 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival and non-refundable after that. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund, but only up to 14 days prior to arrival.

🔵Can persons under the age of 18 stay at the hotel?
Yes, we accept guests under the age of 18.
At least one adult is required in the group.

If everyone in your group is under the age of 18, you will need permission from a parent or guardian.


🔵 Luggage Storage Information

Is it possible to store luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes, it is possible.
Please inform the hotel in advance via message.
Please note that luggage storage is only available on the day of your service.

<Storing Luggage Before Check-In>

  1. Please contact the hotel in advance via message to let us know that you would like to store your luggage before check-in, along with your expected arrival time for luggage drop-off.
  2. Once your room is ready, our staff will bring your stored luggage to your room.

<Storing Luggage After Check-Out>

  1. Please inform us in advance via message.
  2. In that message, please attach a photo of your luggage and send us the time you plan to return to pick it up.
  3. Your luggage will be safely stored in the room you stayed in.
  4. As the time to pick up your luggage approaches, please send us a message.
  5. Our staff will then bring your luggage to the first floor and hand it over to you.

🔵Services

Is internet available?
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

Is smoking allowed?
We apologize, but the entire building is non-smoking.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking is detected.

Is there a parking lot?
We do not have a dedicated parking lot.
Please use nearby coin-operated parking.

Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
You can come and go 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, there is an elevator.
Please use it to access your room.
Please note that the elevator is quite small and wheelchairs may not fit in it.
Please consult with us in advance if you use a wheelchair.

Housekeeping policy during your stay.
To protect guest privacy and the safety of personal belongings, we do not offer daily cleaning services during your stay.
Room cleaning will be conducted after guests check out.
If you require cleaning during your stay, please contact us.

Is meal service available?
We do not offer meal services such as breakfast.
There are supermarkets and dining options in the surrounding area.

Can I drink tap water?
We do not recommend drinking tap water directly due to the presence of disinfectants.

It is preferable to boil the water before consuming it.

Is there a laundry service?
Guests can use the washing machine and bathroom dryer in their rooms free of charge.

Are there vending machines in the hotel?
There is a vending machine in the building next door.
Although it is not owned by our hotel, please feel free to use it.


🔵 If you would like to call a taxi?

Our hotel will make a taxi reservation on your behalf.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need this service.

~ Taxi Reservation Process ~

➀ We will send you a “Taxi Reservation Form” from our hotel.
➁ Please fill out the reservation date, destination, and other details, and return it to us.

If you have any difficulties with the reservation form or if it does not provide enough space for your details, please send a message to our hotel.

  • Please also contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a reserved taxi.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding our taxi cancellation policy.

🔵Are there any coin lockers around Nippori Station?
Yes, there are several coin-operated lockers at Nippori Station.

The service is available from the first train to the last train of the day.

🔵【Disposal Rules】

Please separate your waste into burnable and non-burnable categories.
You may either keep your waste in your room until the day of check-out or dispose of it in the designated disposal area outside the hotel (indicated by a red circle).You are allowed to dispose of garbage daily only within this designated area.

🔵Where are the remote controls for the room’s air conditioner and TV?

🔵Do you have laundry service?
Yes, laundry service is available free of charge.
A washing machine and detergent are available in the guest room.
Please use the bathroom drying system to dry your clothes and towels after washing
.


🔵Is there a parking lot?
No, we do not have a parking lot. However, there are some metered parkings around the hotel as below.
