Yes, the Keisei Skyliner is the most convenient train from Narita Airport to our hotel.

  • There are local trains available, but depending on the level of congestion, you may not be able to get a seat.
  • It is also often difficult to secure space for your suitcase on local trains.

For these reasons, we recommend taking the Keisei Skyliner, even though the fare is slightly higher, as it is the most convenient option to reach our hotel.

(3)Proceed through the ticket gate and board the Keisei Skyliner directly.​

1.Charging Locations
Charging your Suica card is generally not possible on buses or trains.
It is recommended to charge your Suica at designated locations such as station ticket machines or convenience stores displaying the Suica logo.

2.Using Suica in Western Japan
Even when traveling in Western Japan, you can use your Suica card at convenience stores and stations that display the Suica logo.

3.Traveling from Eastern to Western Japan
When traveling from Eastern Japan to Western Japan, please note that Suica may not be accepted on some trains.
For example, Suica is accepted on JR East and JR West lines, but not on JR Central lines.

Yes, you can take it as a souvenir.

  • There is no need to return the Suica card when you leave Japan.
  • You do not need to return the card even if you request a refund for the balance.

  • Refunds for the balance can only be done at JR “Midori no Madoguchi” (Green Window), but the number of these windows is decreasing.
  • They are available at Ikebukuro Station, Ueno Station, and Tokyo Station (October 21, 2024)
  • Therefore, refunds cannot be processed at all JR stations.

It is recommended to charge only the amount you need in advance.

This way, you can use the charged amount without paying a refund fee.


  • Refund fee:720 yen total
    (220 yen handling fee + 500 yen deposit)
  • If there is a large balance, the refund can only be processed at JR “Midori no Madoguchi”

Since the number of Midori no Madoguchi is decreasing, if you contact the hotel in advance, we will assist you in finding a location with a Midori no Madoguchi.

However, since the number of these locations is decreasing, we may not be able to find one, so we appreciate your understanding.
