Frequently asked questions about reservations, check-in, luggage, facilities, room rules, and services.
Reservations
How many people can make a reservation?
Reservations can be made for 1 person or more. Family Room is for up to 6 guests, and Duplex Family Room is for up to 8 guests. Infants and preschool children are counted as one guest each, the same as adults.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time. Check-out is by 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Luggage storage may be available if you contact the hotel by the day before.
Can guests check in separately?
Yes. Please provide the reservation holder name, the names and arrival dates of guests checking in separately, and the expected arrival time.
Can minors under 18 stay alone?
Guests under 18 cannot stay alone. Each group must have one adult representative who is at least 18 years old.
Can we add more guests during the stay?
Please contact the hotel with the reservation holder name and the details of the change. Additional guests must follow the same reservation guidance after booking.
Room choice for families & groups
Which room should we choose: Family Room or Duplex Family Room?
Choose Family Room if you want a 70 m² flat room for up to 6 guests with no indoor stairs. Choose Duplex Family Room if your group is up to 8 guests, wants about 120 m², a tatami room, a hinoki bath, and is comfortable using indoor stairs between the 5th and 6th floors.
Are both rooms private for one group?
Yes. Each reservation is for one private 2LDK room. You do not share the room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, or laundry facilities with other guests.
Can we cook and do laundry during a family stay?
Yes. Both room types include a kitchen with cookware and tableware, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, and laundry facilities. Food, drinks, and seasonings are not provided.
Is the Duplex Family Room suitable if stairs are difficult?
The Duplex Family Room uses indoor stairs between the 5th and 6th floors. If stairs may be difficult, the flat-type Family Room is easier to use, although the hotel and rooms are not barrier-free.
Why should family and group guests book through the official site?
The official site lets you compare the two room types, review family and group guidance, check luggage and access information, and then continue to the official booking page. If you are unsure about room type, children, or luggage, please contact us before booking.
Before check-in
What should we do before check-in?
After your reservation is confirmed, an automatic email will be sent. Please follow the instructions in that email and complete the following by the day before check-in: 1. Submit the guest register online for all staying guests, including infants and preschool children. 2. Tell us your expected arrival time at the hotel.
Can the hotel store luggage before check-in?
If you arrive before check-in time, luggage storage may be available. Please contact the hotel by the day before and tell us when you plan to arrive for luggage drop-off.
Can the hotel store luggage after check-out?
Luggage storage on the check-out day may be available. Please request luggage storage by the day before and tell us the time you plan to return.
What cannot be stored?
Valuables, fragile items, cash, perishable food, frozen items, and items requiring special handling cannot be stored.
During your stay
Does the hotel provide meals, beverages, or seasonings?
No. Food and seasonings are not provided. Please purchase any ingredients and seasonings you need at nearby supermarkets and cook in your room.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.
Is there a washing machine and drying system?
Yes. Family Room has a washing machine and bathroom drying system. Duplex Family Room has a dedicated laundry room and washing/drying system. Free powder detergent is provided.
Is cleaning provided during the stay?
Regular cleaning is not provided during your stay to protect privacy and belongings. Additional cleaning may be requested for 4,000 yen per cleaning session.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The hotel is completely non-smoking. If smoking is detected inside the room or building, an extra cleaning fee may be charged. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas in Arakawa City near the hotel.
How should trash be disposed of?
Please separate burnable and non-burnable waste, place it in any unneeded plastic bags you have, and take it to the designated area inside the fence on the left side of the 1st floor. On check-out day, you may leave trash in the room.
Facilities & rules
Is the hotel barrier-free?
No. The hotel, guest rooms, and elevator are not barrier-free. For safety reasons, we kindly ask guests who use a wheelchair or cane to refrain from booking.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. Guest rooms are accessed by security elevator. The recommended capacity is up to about 6 adults, and large suitcases may require multiple trips.
What happens if a room key card is lost?
A charge of 3,000 yen per key may apply in case of loss or damage.
Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel does not have parking facilities. Several coin-operated parking lots are available nearby.
Do the rooms have air conditioning and TV?
Yes. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. One TV is available in each room.
Is there a curfew?
No. Guests can enter and exit the hotel 24 hours a day.
