Luggage Delivery

Please read this page before arranging luggage or parcel delivery. The guest must arrange shipment and provide the required information in advance.

Online purchases delivered to Futaba Hotel

  • Receiving deliveries from online shopping is possible during your stay.
  • Please send a screenshot showing the order number, your name as sender, and requested delivery date/time if specified.
  • Only fully prepaid parcels can be accepted. Cash-on-delivery and unpaid items cannot be accepted.
  • Parcels can only be received from check-in until the day before check-out.
  • Perishable, fragile, frozen, or special-handling items cannot be accepted.

From your accommodation in Japan to Futaba Hotel

  • Please contact the hotel in advance and wait for confirmation before shipping luggage.
  • After shipping, send a screenshot of the shipping label, requested delivery date, requested delivery time, and sender name.
  • Airporter and Yamato Transport are common options. Airporter delivery is limited to the same region.

From Narita or Haneda Airport to Futaba Hotel

  • Go to a Baggage Delivery or TA-Q-BIN counter in the airport arrival lobby.
  • If you created a waybill online, show the QR or 2D code to the staff.
  • Recipient: Futaba Hotel (Guest: your full name). Postal code: 116-0013. Address: 2-39-3 Nishi-nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
  • Write your check-in date in the remarks section if possible.
  • After shipping, it is helpful if you send a photo of the waybill to the hotel so we can confirm or track the parcel.

From Futaba Hotel to next accommodation or airport

  • Contact your next accommodation in advance and confirm that they can receive the parcel.
  • Arrange the date and time directly with the delivery destination.
  • After shipping, we will send you a photo of the receipt and a payment URL. Please complete payment through the payment URL.

Handwritten waybills and convenience stores

  • TA-Q-BIN forms are available free of charge at participating convenience-store registers.
  • Store staff are not permitted to fill out the form for you.
  • For Yamato handwritten forms, Japanese and Roman letters are accepted.
  • For safer delivery, the Yamato smartphone waybill service with QR code is recommended.
