Accommodation Terms

Please review the accommodation terms and hotel rules before booking.

Article 1 Scope of Application

Accommodation agreements and related contracts between Futaba Hotel and guests are governed by these terms. Matters not stipulated here follow applicable laws and generally accepted practices.

Article 2 Application for Accommodation

Guests are required to provide accommodation dates, estimated arrival time, accommodation charges, guest details required after booking, and other information deemed necessary by the hotel.

Article 3 Conclusion of the Accommodation Agreement

The accommodation agreement is considered concluded when Futaba Hotel accepts the guest application. If a deposit is required, it must be paid by the specified deadline.

Article 4 Special Agreement Exempting Deposit Payment

Futaba Hotel may agree to a special arrangement where the guest is not required to pay a deposit after the agreement is concluded.

Article 4-1 Cooperation with Infection Prevention Measures

Guests may be asked to cooperate with infection prevention or other safety measures required by law, public authorities, or hotel policy.

Article 5 Refusal to Conclude an Accommodation Agreement

Futaba Hotel may refuse accommodation when the request does not comply with these terms, rooms are unavailable, conduct may violate laws or public order, antisocial forces are involved, infection or disaster conditions apply, or other legally recognized reasons exist.

Article 5-1 Explanation for Refusal

If the hotel refuses to conclude an accommodation agreement, the guest may request an explanation within the scope permitted by applicable law and hotel operations.

Article 6 Guest Cancellation

Guests may cancel by notifying Futaba Hotel. Cancellation fees may apply according to the stated policy when the cancellation is attributable to the guest.

Article 7 Hotel Cancellation

Futaba Hotel may cancel an agreement for legal, safety, disaster, facility failure, serious disturbance, smoking, or other rule violations. Guests may request an explanation when cancellation occurs.

Article 8 Required Information After Booking

All guests, including children, may be asked to provide required stay information after booking according to Japanese law and hotel guidance.

Article 9 Hotel Responsibility

If Futaba Hotel causes damage through performance or non-performance of the agreement, the hotel will compensate according to the terms and applicable law, except where the damage was not attributable to the hotel.

Article 10 Alternative Arrangements

If Futaba Hotel cannot provide the reserved room, the hotel will try to arrange alternative accommodation with the guest consent as much as possible.

Article 11 Valuables

Futaba Hotel does not accept custody of valuables, cash, precious metals, perishable foods, or fragile items. Guests are asked to manage such items themselves.

Article 12 Luggage & Personal Belongings

Luggage arriving before check-in is stored only with prior consent. Lost items are handled according to hotel policy and applicable law.

Article 13 Parking

Futaba Hotel does not have a parking lot and is not responsible for vehicles parked in nearby coin-operated or rental parking facilities.

Article 14 Guest Responsibility

If the hotel suffers damage due to a guest intention or negligence, the guest must compensate Futaba Hotel for the damage.

Hotel Rules & Regulations

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Please do not bring prohibited dangerous items, disturb other guests, modify facilities, or use rooms for commercial photography, video, or recording without permission.
