Typhoons, natural disasters, and travel disruption

  • If weather or a natural disaster may affect your trip, please check conditions before traveling and contact us as early as possible.
  • For flight information, contact your airline directly.
  • From May 1 to September 30, special refunds for natural disasters are not offered; the normal cancellation policy applies.
  • This period is a season when typhoons, heavy rain, and strong winds occur more often, and transportation disruption or sudden weather changes can be difficult to predict. For this reason, Futaba Hotel does not provide refunds due to natural disasters during this period.
